The cozy double room we stayed in was not only soundproof but also boasted a lovely garden view - a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The convenience of a private bathroom with a bidet and shower, along with complimentary toiletries, added a touch of luxury to our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome drink upon arrival, setting the tone for a delightful stay. As an art historian with a penchant for details, I appreciated the attention to cleanliness and order. To the comfortable accommodations, the free WiFi available throughout the property made it easy to stay connected and plan our daily excursions. The shared lounge was a cozy spot to unwind with a book or connect with other guests, enhancing the sense of community within the hotel.Located just a short drive from the renowned Valpolicella wine area, B&B Al Fondaco served as a perfect base for exploring the region's vineyards and picturesque countryside. The free parking in the garden was a convenient perk, allowing us to easily access our car for day trips to nearby attractions.
